Helping local families realize the dream of owning a home.
9th Annual Ribfest Loudon Rib Cookoff
October 2, 2021
Ribfest is held on the grounds of the Church of the Resurrection, 917 Pond Road, off Highway 11 between
Lenoir City and Loudon, Tennessee.
Taste some of the best ribs in Tennessee from area restaurants and local competitors.
Competition teams cook ribs, sausage, and wings that are judged to national standards by a panel composed of competition judges and local celebrities. Winners in all categories receive cash awards as well as trophies.
Rib ticket holders get pork ribs, sides and a drink. For non-rib eaters and those who want more, BBQ sandwich plates will be available for purchase at the door, and concessions will include hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks and desserts (including ice cream)! Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door, and are now available online or through the Church of the Resurrection office by calling 865-986-2390, Mon-Fri, 11:00-4:00.
Net proceeds from Ribfest will again benefit the Loudon County Habitat for Humanity's mission to bring affordable housing to low-income families and seniors. In 2019, Ribfest Loudon contributed $10,000 to Habitat to support its Critical Repair & Aging in Place program!
